Necessary storage
The site stores your privacy choice in your browser under jagaverse-consent-v1. This is necessary to remember your choice and is not used for advertising.
Hosting and security
Our website hosting and delivery providers may automatically process an IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps and technical or security logs in order to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate faults and keep the service reliable. This necessary processing is based on our legitimate interests in providing and securing the website. Log retention is determined by the relevant provider and operational or legal necessity; Jagaverse does not use these logs for advertising.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is blocked unless you choose to allow analytics. If allowed, it may process page views, general referral information, approximate location, browser or device information and interaction events such as choosing a donation tier, clicking to open the Stripe checkout, clicking the WhatsApp group link or copying the IBAN. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, bank details or Stripe payment data to Google.
Analytics is based on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time through “Privacy & cookie settings” in the footer of the home page. Withdrawing analytics consent removes known Google Analytics cookies where technically possible and reloads the page without the Google tag.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow both analytics and advertising measurement, pseudonymous browser, device and referral data may be used to measure whether a future Google advertisement led to a visit or selected site action. Personalised advertising remains disabled. Choosing this option does not activate an advertising campaign or any advertising budget.
Recipients and international transfers
If you give optional consent, measurement data may be processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google affiliates or subprocessors under Google’s applicable data-protection terms. Processing can involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Google describes its transfer safeguards and subprocessors in its privacy and data-protection documentation. Retention
When analytics is activated, user-level event data is intended to be configured for the shortest available GA4 retention period of two months. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer. Your local privacy choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage.

Stripe, WhatsApp and external websites
Stripe, WhatsApp and other linked websites are separate services with their own privacy terms. Jagaverse does not treat a return from Stripe as proof that a donation was completed. A WhatsApp group link may disclose your phone number and profile name to other group members after you voluntarily join.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. There is no solely automated decision-making on Jagaverse.org.
